• You must be at least 21 years old to rent a car from Quest A Car Rental.

2. What documents do I need to rent a car?

• You will need a valid driver’s license and a major credit card in your name. Debit cards may also be accepted with additional requirements.

3. Do you offer insurance for rental cars?
• All Vehicles are insured

4. Can I return the rental car after hours?

• Yes, we offer after-hours drop-off options for your convenience. Please contact us to make arrangements.

5. What happens if I return the rental car late?

• Late returns may be subject to additional fees. Please refer to our rental policies for more information about late fees.

6. Do you allow smoking in rental cars?

• No, smoking is not permitted in any of our rental cars. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees or loss of deposit.
7. Can I add additional drivers to my rental agreement?

• Yes, additional drivers can be added to your rental agreement for an additional fee. All additional drivers must meet our age and licensing requirements.

8. Do you offer one-way rentals?
• No

9. What is your fuel policy?

• Our fuel policy requires renters to return the rental car with 1/4 of fuel as when it was rented. Additional charges may apply if the car is returned with less fuel.

10. How do I make a reservation?

• You can make a reservation online through our website or by contacting our reservations team directly. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
